Branding

The most essential step in any business is to have an idea of who you are and what you offer. Your brand conveys this message through imagery and metaphor, tag lines and product names. Your brand is the ongoing conversation you're having with your customers.

Who do you think you are?

Communication is the cornerstone of a company identity and it requires looking very closely and honestly at your business. What is so important about your brand is that it always conveys your message. It keeps your customers engaged, which is important when you consider that it take 6 times as much attracting a new customer than it would to keep an old one. This is why deconstructing your business is so important, it allows you to define who you are with better clarity and allows your communications to be clearer.

Thank you so much and we both are amazed at the quality and how you have fitted this in for us. You are one hell of a star.

Continuous Improvement

Look at larger companies and you’ll see their branding is always changing, evolving. That is the secret of a good brand, one that has the capacity to change without altering its self at the core.

As with our other design processes we take a holistic approach to branding your company, altering the strategy when needs arise. Inexperienced companies never alter their branding strategy. This lets you stay ahead of the curve and gives you a truly client focused brand as a secure foundation for your marketing exploits.

How do we do it?

We focus our branding efforts not on your company but on your target audience. By taking their needs in to account first we can determine a long-term strategy for your brand as well as elements that can evolve over time.

We follow the lead of large companies. Their brands are ever evolving and we think yours should be too. If you want to be a big company, you need to act like one and you need to look like one as soon as possible. With the research in place, we will design a logo for you, printed material to get your message across and copy that is focused on the benefits your customers will get from your service.

Local brands are just as important to research as national ones and taking a look at the workings of the branding Gloucestershire has on show is a great way to set your company on the right track.

Elements of Branding

In order to create a brand, several things might have to be created, from a website to a print campaign and even video if this is how you are wanting to market. Two items, however, are essential to a new brand. Here's is a quick guide to what and why.

Logo

Every business has one and most don't even think about it but your logo is at the centre of your brand. It is the thing that you hope people are going to remember and take to heart whenever they see it. We take logo design very seriously and use the same process as print design in order to create it for you. Several styles are available for your logo but we do ask that you have a consultation with us first to determine what your clients will want from you as it really informs the design process.

Tag Line

Who are you in one sentence? Your tag line conveys, usually in a friendly, memorable manor, what you as a company want to convey to the world. Ours is "We Make The Internet" because that is what we do. It needs to be simple, straight to the point and memorable. That's what we can help you with. A tag line can be a very important part of your branding so it's a good idea to get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

My Branding Philosophy

Branding is a difficult balance between copy, design and the philosophy of marketing but it's one that is important to many businesses without them even noticing. It's easy to think that your small company doesn't need a brand at all but what you don't realise is that you have already created one for yourself and the more you grow, the harder it is to change your message later on.
